Returns Policy

At Neil Enterprises - Varsity Line, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you receive is incorrect or arrives damaged.


If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Each return or refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may request photographs, documentation, or additional details to help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Approved claims may result in a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.


To report an issue or begin a claim, please contact your Account Manager directly. They will guide you through the process and provide instructions for next steps, including any required return arrangements if applicable.
