Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL freight, or other preferred carriers. Shipping methods are selected based on order size, weight, destination, and customer preference when applicable. Customers may also choose to ship using their own carrier account number; please get in touch with us if this option is preferred. Expedited shipping may be available upon request and at an additional cost.

Freight Shipments

Large or palletized orders may ship via freight. Freight services include standard curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. Additional services, such as liftgate, inside delivery, or appointment scheduling, will incur extra charges.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service level. Any shipping rates or quotes provided—whether displayed at checkout or supplied by our team—are estimates only. Final shipping charges may vary based on carrier calculations, dimensional weight, accessorial fees, or other factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for all actual shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, transit times are outside our control. Estimated delivery dates provided during the order process or order confirmation are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Neil Enterprises.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery, along with photos and documentation. Failure to report damage promptly may affect our ability to process a replacement or claim with the carrier. For lost shipments, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Customer Pickup

If offered, local customers may choose to pick up orders directly from our warehouse. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance and are available during regular business hours.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Transit times for international shipments vary and may be extended due to customs processing.
